Discussion for Drop the Rock on steps 6 and 7 for dealing with charachter defects, and removing shortcomings

I wanted to create a space where people can post and interact with each other and feel safe, and heard. So many of us go through life holding in our feelings, and that simply isn't healthy. Everyone deserves to be heard, valued, and listened to with understanding, compassion and care. I want everyone to join in and help one another and spread love, and light!
